Our projects are clearly defined up front and follow a consistent, phased approach in order to minimize your risk. Following is an overview of how we structure our efforts:

Phase 0 | Due Diligence Support

Due Diligence Support (to the extent relevant); we provide analytical support on an accelerated timeline to assess:

  • Commercial opportunities in the business
  • Company capabilities and gaps
  • Cultural challenges that might impede or slow implementation

Typical duration: 2-6 weeks

Phase 1 | Commercial Excellence Diagnostic

To find pricing and volume opportunities, we work with your team to:

  • Pull, clean, and analyze transaction data that is a prime source of insights
  • Quantify the impact of opportunities on your top and bottom lines
  • Determine the necessary resources and timeline to implement the identified opportunities
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan for capturing maximal value

Typical duration: 3-5 months

Phases 2 and Beyond | Rollout and Implementation

In this phase, we:

  • Develop new processes to capture opportunities identified in Phase 1
  • Deploy software and other tools to facilitate implementation
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing organizations to elevate behavior and culture
  • Repeatedly measure and monitor the impact of initiatives deployed
  • Adjust the elements of implementation as necessary, guided by your team
